I have been to this salon on several occasions. I have had some good services, foil, haircuts. However I must comment on the attitude in the place. Rude on the phone, rude while I was waiting, and rude when I left. Last time I checked my money spent just as well as anyone else's. When you spend $200 or up for services they should treat everyone like a celebrity. Not sure why a good salon like this thinks it needs to be snobby? 2 stars for attitude. more

Marco two is a salon positioned to be in the category of the best salons in the city. I have found that I get a good color here, but I must say that the atmosphere is not so great. I am rarely asked if I want something to drink while I am waiting for my stylist. My stylist is professional and skilled which is the best part of the visit. It feels as though there is an atmosphere of ambivalence, I do not feel as though my business is trying to be earned. I often am put on hold when trying to make an appointment, often wait in my robe at the front for my clothes, and have never been asked if I want to book my next appointment when I am checking out. The staff is extra friendly (kind of gossipy) with clients and a sense of professionalism is not maintained. I find this in stark contrast to Salon 7 where service efficiency and professionalism are # one. This salon is losing it's edge. My hope is that it wakes up and moves beyond resting on it's laurels to recreate itself and find vitality in a city where it's competitors will leave it in the dust if it doesn't change. more

I went to this salon to get my hacked up haircut corrected. Pauline talked to me about my hair for a while before she started cutting asking me questions like, "do you usually blow dry it", "what do you like or dislike about your hair", "do you use products in your hair"... Then she proceeded to give me a good haircut. I went back for a second time and she gave me an even better haircut. I have finally found my stylist in Seattle (after 3 years). more

Marco's Two Union Square is an amazing full-service salon! The atmosphere is comfortable and inviting and the talent that the staff possesses is unmatched! My stylist there is "Tenley" and she has the most amazing eye for cutting hair that I have ever seen. Every time I get my hair cut by her, I have tons of people complimenting me on it - even total strangers! She is truly gifted in her profession and every person I have referred to her has thanked me profusely afterwards! more

Growing up in Seattle I've tried a fair number of the local salons. At some of them i felt as if the staff were always pushing me to be more 'creative' with my hair (I like it long and straight) or had too much turnover. After having my 4th stylist leave in 2 years from one popular salon I asked a few friends for a suggestion with the hopes of putting an end to my hair cutting madness. The result of the simple request - a salon that i can say lives up to all the recommendations I had heard, and one that I can't ever imagine leaving. The staff have always been great, helpful, friendly, talented and quite warm and welcoming. i would recommend giving them a try, you too might be as happy with them as i am. more

Ric at Two Union can handle ANY type of hair! My hair is quite long,and extremely fine and he has been able to work his magic on me! He has worked in the industry since right out of high school, and worked directly with Gene Juarez for some time. He is so much more than a stylist...His creativity, and attention to detail truly make him an artist! And you won't have to worry about having a boring, dull conversation with Ric...He'll keep you laughing throughout your entire visit. more
