This company has lost sight (if they ever really had it) of what it means to provide fair and honest service to customers who will return the favor by frequenting the company -- naturally resulting in recurring business. But rather, they have chosen to embrace a business philosophy of short-sighted avarice that without exception, serves to alienate customers and stifle their ability to expand or grow.\r

At some point there needs to be a light bulb moment on the part of this company. As it has been said, ?it is sheer insanity to continue to do things in the same manner, yet all the while expecting different results.? \r

Johns Gear Shop?It?s time to stop the madness. Reject the status quo, and manage the ship better before it sinks. Customers expect better from you and would appreciate it. This only makes good business sense.
