After having lived near Fremont and fallen in love with Kwanjai Thai, my husband and I have been searching for something that comes close in NE Seattle. We just tried out Thai One On, which recently opened on Lake City Way.
Our perennial favorites are Red Curry and Phad Thai (not very original, I know :} ). The curry was really quite good -- it probably would have lived up to Kwanjai if the rice hadn't been kind of mushy. The Phad Thai was good, but not quite as flavorful.
I'm sure we'll order from them again, and take advantage of their delivery service. But, I'll still be craving Kwanjai Thai.
