I find Becki very personable 2/1/2011

I have no idea what Megan B. is talking about. I've been using this office for over 2 years now and have had nothing but great service from Becki and from her staff.\r \r She has always handled my issues, answered my questions, and is always quick to come out of her office to say hello, even if I'm just dropping off a payment.\r \r I like the location, but most of all I appreciate the way Becki and the other people in her office make me feel like a part of their business, not just a customer. more

Ross Becki - State Farm Insurance is not the best. 1/4/2010

Becki has been quite impersonal. I have been unimpressed with her. She took over for another agent who was very personable and very helpful. Her staff is wonderful and State Farm Insurance is great. But, I would not use this office. more
