I was excited to find out that there was a little competition to Whole Foods (which I love) but have been disappointed with nearly every excursion I've made to Sunflower Market. The produce has a good mix of organic and un-organic items but most of the fruit is covered with flies and tends to be spoiled and bruised. I will never buy berries there again after my last experience. Also, why isn't there a deli for made-to-order sandwiches? And why is there all that candy that is just mainstream and filled with chemicals? Boar's Head meats are not special, nor do they necessarily use natural ingredients. You really have to continue to scrutinize labels at Sunflower. Given a choice, I'll stick with Whole Foods!
