My boyfriend and I came here about 2 weeks ago. We were looking for something casual, but nice. After reading the reviews and checking out the menu (not to mention that their web site had a coupon for $20 off of a bottle of wine...) we decided that it would be a good place to go. When we first walked in there was no one at the hostess stand. One gal, who I suppose was the hostess, kept running around all crazy. When the wait staff would approach her she would snap at them and say she didn't have any menus, etc. Then one couple came to the stand and she said that she didn't have their reservation and there was nothing she could do about the wait. I'm not in hospitality, but I think she should have apologized and said she would seat them as soon as possible...However, once we were seated things were fine. The bread and dipping sauce was very yummy. The wine was good (and just about free!) Both our dinners were fine, nothing amazing, but good. Our server was attentive, pleasant and polite. Overall it was an enjoyable experience. I feel like I would have a better opinion if it hadn't been tainted by the hostess's attitude towards the people around her. It's definitely worth checking out though if you want just want a casual, nice, neighborhood place to relax.
Pros: Nice place
Cons: Hostess had an attitude
