If you want to see a plays once in a while, you should check out this theater. The prices are decent, and the seating is not bad. The theater is a bit small compared to the Hollywood type ones, but then it also means that the seats are closer to the actors. I got a chance to check out the backstage stuff, and it was very interesting. If you want, ask to see where they make their props, and you'll see all kinds of interesting but unused objects.
