Rich's is writing fake reviews! 5/17/2011

This is obvious. They are at least paying someone else to do it, if not them. Look at the last 15 or so reviews. They all say basically the same thing in 12 words or less and give a 5 star rating! If you look at the rating trend, they have skyrocketed up since the beginning of 2010. And the volume of reviews has also increased markedly. Judy's Book, can't you guys do more to screen fake reviews. If you were extremely happy after buying from a used car dealer, and took the time to post a review, wouldnt you relate your experience with more detail? I know I would. Shame on you, RICK! more

Had visited at least 4 car dealers and finallly returrned to Rich. Finally patronized them again. So bought a minivan and a car here. No cool looking overdressed salesman but a simple t-shirt and honest face. No quick sell tactics but helpful win-win situation. Glen is helpful and offers to assist where he can. He rushes things per our request and I would recomend this honest to goodness dealer to all looking for fairly good honest deal. more
