Rags are Riches 3/11/2007

When you walk into a store like this, you go to find rags, that's the whole point. Ragstock has old clothes for random prices, but the clothes are so interesting that if you see something you like, you feel like you got a deal. Try it if you're an open-minded person, otherwise go shop at your local thrift store for the same old same old crap they usually sell. more

Rags 5/28/2006

Yep, rags are right. This place sells loads and loads of used and new clothing. But in my experience most of it has been used. The used clothing is also a bit too much used and you shouldn't expect it to last all that long. Maybe that is why the prices are kept so cheap. On the other hand, this may be a good bet if you are looking for a costume for a party or halloween. The rags here just might be perfect for that purpose. more

love it 5/26/2006

Ragstock might be full of other peoples discarded clothes and placed on the shelf with prices that don't make sense but I like it. The difference between this place and any other thrift store is that they don't just sell anything. I believe that this store has a buyer that goes out to find the junk that they sell here. This is a great place to get a gift or something different for a night out. more

Stocked With Rags 3/10/2006

This place is a glorified Salvation Army. People still bring there old clothes here, and they are resold back to the public. Good thing is that you can sell them your battered clothes. Bad thing is that they sell them back to the public three times that amount. They do have some pretty cool and unique things in this store. I once bought a Strawberry Shortcake tin lunch box, which was more than worth it. Check out the basement. You just might run into some luck. more
