We decided to try something new for vacation this year and it was amazing. For my first experience renting, I strongly recommend RV Northwest. I didn't have a clue about what I needed, but the ladies in front were very helpful. The kiddo running around and other hectic customers keeping them busy, they kept their smiles and answered every annoying question I had. Hard workers and beautiful RVs! See you next year! more

These guys are great!\r \r I am from the East coast and booked an RV for Burning Man through RV Northwest. Sure, Portland is a drive from NW Nevada, but RV Northwest was one of the few companies I could find that was not only glad to rent to Burners but does so at a reasonable price. So many other RV companies either altogether refuse to rent to Burners or jack up their prices so high as to be a bit ridiculous. Sure RV Northwest added an additional cleaning fee, but it was reasonable enough as to most likely be about the same as what it would have cost us to clean it ourselves before returning it.\r \r Then, there is the fact that use of the generator is included in the rental fee. This is a big deal, considering that many other rental places charge additional based on the amount of time you use the generator.\r \r Those things are certainly noteworthy, but what I liked most about dealing with these folks was dealing with these folks. In other words, they were just plain nice people to work with. From booking nearly a year in advance to responding to calls and emails throughout the year to answer my questions to making a last minute change to the reservation to picking up/dropping off the RV, Veronica and Aletha were great every step of the way.\r \r There were two other renters in line ahead of us when we arrived for pick-up. Including signing all the required paperwork, pre-rental inspection of the RV and getting a fully guided tour of the vehicle including instructions on how to operate all of its systems and tips for driving it, we weren't there for more than an hour.\r \r Thanks to them for making it very easy process from start to finish. Not only do I wholeheartedly suggest that you check them out, but I have also already booked my RV through them for next year's Burn. more

Had to rent an RV last minute for a school field trip. These guys made it so easy and we're super helpful. Great staff, service, flexibility. I called ahead to double check when I could come check it out so I didn't have to wait. \r I found this company by asking for a referral on Facebook, numerous people pointed me to them who have been dealing with them for years. \r They couldn't have provided a better experience! more

My family and I flew into Oregon last month and rented a 32 Foot RV from RV Northwest. upon being dropped at the place we were immediately greeting by the ladies in the office who were extremely nice. the sales lady, Aletha went out of her way to make us feel at home, she offered us some water and even played with our kids while we took a tour and went over the RV. The RV was extremely clean and roomie, everything ran and operated smoothly. Just wanted to say thanks Northwest RV, for treating us so nice and making our family vacation one to remember... we'll definitely tell our friends and be back next summer. more

We rented a motorhome from RV Northwest and had a blast. We took a 31' Forester and went to California for 12 days. The office staff helped us pick a unit that we thought was to big but we are actually happy we got that size cause the extra space was nice for that length of a trip. All the staff were very helpful and the unit was great. We are looking forward for our next trip. more

Thanks to Veronica and Andrew of RV Northwest for providing an excellent experience. We had never rented an RV, Veronica made it all work out great. We drove from Portland to the Redwoods and did have some issues with the RV that were handled by Andrew the technician. He always answered the phone no matter how late.
