We rented for a one day trip outside of Houston. Price was cheaper than any other bus in town and since the service was ok last time we went ahead and got it. Tthe Friday before the Monday (three days before the trip) we get the call saying she has to cancel on us since they over book the bus and we were the last ones to book and the other party had booked it 6 months and hangs up saying no refund will be made for the deposit we made. We called and called but would ignore our calls. Finally I ended up driving 45 mins in Friday traffic to their location to argue that we have made the payment and signed a contract. She finally settles and says we will send a sister company out there at 7 am Monday morning. Monday morning comes, its 6:45 am, we called to double check and no one picks up. We called and called and around 8 am we finally get through and the excuse was they are stuck in traffic. They said will be there in 10 mins but the bus got here at 9:30 am. Now come on guys, you live 30 mins from where you were suppose to pick us up and I am sure it doesn?t take over 2.5 hours to get to us when there were no reported accident on any of the freeways. Once the bus got in, we found out that they went ahead and did a route in the morning that was also at 7 am going the other side of town. Our trip was delayed and we were behind schedule. We had paid for 8 hours. So since the bus was 1.5 hours late we said we will extend the time we were suppose to come back. The driver said ok but the lady called us during the day threatening to charge us more on our credit card if we don?t return by original timing. We explained that it was your fault and if you want us back by original time, you need to refund that part of time you were late. She hangs up the phone. Now on the trip, the bus driver had no sense of driving directions. It would have been better for me to sit and drive. The bus was cleaner this time around! We will not use again. Back to Coach USA!

Cons: Worst Service. No Time Management! Only cares about making money!
