It's gotten quite a bit better. 4/3/2014

Precision Landscape Services, Inc. come and do my lawn once a week. It's pretty high-priced, everyone else is floored at how much I pay. It's a 12 month fee. I was very upset last year and went into to complain--I see the neighborhood cats outside and they blow debris into their pet dishes, plus the blowers blow all the junk in the driveway into my garage. After I went in things have gotten a lot better. Also last year they let the shrubs grow over the sidewalk and people couldn't walk but that's gotten better lately too. They stop service for a few months over the wintertime and it's very windy in East Portland so this pause in service should be shortened. more

Precision Landscape Services, Inc. do my lawn every week. I've been using them for around 7 or 8 years, a friend had originally recommended them. I also have them do bigger projects like bring in compost and spread it around. They have put in a fountain and trim my bushes keeping them looking nice. I'm very pleased with the service. They do a lot of little extra things which I really appreciate. For example I have moles in my yard right now and when I'm unable to get out to clean it up they take care of it when they mow the lawn. They're very thoughtful and they do care. around 7 to 8 years. They're easy to work with and they're certainly within the price range. They're not overly charging for things and are a fair value. All I have to do is call or email Troy. He's very easy to get a hold of, he cooperates and gets on it right away. He helps me and takes care of any problems that I say I might have almost immediately. more

Precision Landscape Services does a good job! 4/1/2014

I have been using Precision Landscape Services for a very long time. They cut the grass, trim back hedges and take care of any weeds. I can always ask for anything extra if I think something in particular needs to be done. They are usually very accommodating. I am happy with the work that they do. Sometimes I have a hard time communicating with them because they do not understand me. I enjoy talking to Troy, he always gives me good advise. I would recommend them to anybody looking for landscaping services. more

It's been positive. 3/31/2014

I've been using Precision Landscape Services for quite some time now, and they've been great. Anytime there are any issues, I've talked to Troy and he's corrected them. Like when they were edging the lawn near the walk way in the middle, the pea gravel would shoot up towards the house. I requested that they avoid doing that so the walls and paint job on the house wouldn't get damaged, and there hasn't been any problems since. They have good service. Troy normally calls me early in the year to set up a preening date. However, it was done a bit later this year, maybe because of the weather. The guys are good with the clean-up job, especially with the branches that gather on the ground. They're also very polite. Today, they came and sprayed all over my lawn, and I don't know why they came out since it wasn't scheduled. I'm hoping to get answers when I call them soon. more

Well designed rock-garden in place of a muddy front yard. 3/29/2014

We are very pleased with the newly installed rock-garden on our front lawn which replaced a muddy front yard. Because our front yard is shaded by several large trees, it has been impossible for grass to survive the winter rains. Josh Hubbard who owns Precision Landscape installed a lovely rock garden, a new path and shade-loving plants. We are looking forward to to the summer as the plants begin to fill in. The design took into account our in-put and Josh oversaw all aspects of the installation. He was prompt, efficient, knowledgeable , and accessible. He responded promptly to emails and concerns. The job was completed with-in the promised time-frame and was the best value for the money of all the bids we received. more

Pretty happy with the service. 3/28/2014

We've been using Precision Landscape services for 5 years now. Everything we've asked for, they've done completely. They do cleanup, treatment of shrubs, mowing in the yard, and fertilizing. The cost is sometimes a little bit more than we thought it would be. Our only issue is with the pruning service, not the people. We think the pruning is done a little too early. Aside from that, we're pretty happy. more

Precision Landscape Services exceeded my expectations. 3/27/2014

What I like best about Precision Landscaping Service is they are so easy to work with. They come in, do what they are supposed to do with no horsing around. I have had them maintaining my landscaping and doing some odd jobs for me for a while. They clean up beautifully and have always exceeded my expectations. more

The best at maintenance! 3/25/2014

Precision Landscape Service has done the monthly landscaping for three of our houses over the last five years. They do wonderful maintenance. When I try to engage them on creative design ideas it does not always come together. They are very courteous and incredibly responsive. When I email them they always get back to me right away. I appreciate that they are always on-time and on schedule with everything. We do an annual plan as far as what things need to be cut back or replaced etc. I am definitely happy with them! more

Excellent Service 3/21/2014

Although we moved to a retirement home, when we owned property, Precision Landscape Services, Inc. was who we went to for all our landscaping needs. They provide wonderful and excellent service. They are reliable and punctual. I have already recommended them to others. more

Very good 3/20/2014

Precision Landscape Services put in three lawns, a sprinkler system, and trees for us and did a good job. Everything was fantastic except we had an issue with the lawns but that wasn't their problem. more

One Happy Customer 3/12/2014

I hired Precision Landscape Services to redo,(landscape) my entire front yard, from bedding plants, and ground cover, to ornamental grasses, and new sod and could not be happier. I dealt with a gentleman named Josh Hubbard, and it was his artistic talents and his great crew that transformed my tired old front yard into something I can enjoy and be proud of. It was a great job at a fair price. more

A satisfied new customer 3/11/2014

I used Precision Landscape Services, Inc for the first time, and I had a really great experience! The workers were thorough, hardworking, pleasant and courteous. Josh was great to deal with, and he taught me about different seeds and the process as it went on. Half of my yard was a pretty roughed out area that had laurel bushes and a tree. They did stump grinding, and they turned and rototilled the yard. Then they put in a seed yard, not a turf yard. It rained like crazy last week, so I've had an issue with the seeds pooling in some places from the planting. Josh dropped by a bag of seeds for me to use, but he's going to come back because some areas seem sparse after the rain. more

Very positive, helpful, and polite services. 3/7/2014

The people they have working at Precision Landscape Services are extremely polite. When asked to do something, they are more than willing to do it and are very helpful. Generally, when we email Troy, the manager and organizer, he seems to get back to us fairly rapidly. The response time has also gotten much better recently because I believe their phone system was weird before but is now fixed. We're very happy with their services and have been using them for about 4 years now. more

Josh got the Japanese knotweed under control. 2/20/2014

We had this Japanese knotweed in the backyard, which is very hard to get under control. Precision Landscape Services did a really good job doing that. We just had some grass put in in the fall, too. Although it's a little weedy, Josh (the person helping us) did indicated he would come back in the spring and fix all of that. more

A highly recommended company 2/13/2014

David was very professional, attentive, flexible, and open to listening to my ideas. This was my first time using Precision Landscape Services and the reason being was because my neighbors have used them in the past and recommended them to me.
