Best Repair Shop Around 6/27/2008

i've been a customer at pinnacle for over ten years and the customer service has been 5 stars since to the first time. You get the same great service when getting a simply oil change as you do when getting a major repair done. A repair shop the you can trust not to over charge you is "diamond in the rough". Discount coupons, a fine cigar, air conditioned waiting room, friendly customer service, What more could i ask from a repair shop. Thank you pinnacle for your great service to the community. Best Auto Service ever 6/26/2008

Took my car in for an inspection and oil change, was told that I needed tires before inspection could be complete, also was told the price up front for all the service. Was very satisfied with the good work and fair prices. Would highly recommend Pinnacle Automotive to anyone I know. Pros: clean waiting area and great service more

SIMPLY THE BEST 6/25/2008

Pinnacle Automotive has been good to me and my family. In all I bring four cars there from various family members. I have gotten evreything from tires to fuel pumps and their service is always excellent. They talk with you about your car, not at you or above your head. They help you to understand what needs to be done and why. I am proud to recommend Pinnacle to anyone I know because I have sent them to an honest establishment. Pros: Reasonable Pices. South Street, Italian Market, Broad St all with in walking distance Cons: Sometimes final price is LOWER than estimate. Sorry no cons more

BETTER THAN THE DEALERSHIP 6/25/2008

New to the area needed my car serviced CoWorker recommended that I call Pinnacle. When I called I dicussed the problems I was having and made an appointment. The work was completed as agreed upon my vechicle, and the cost was even $25.00 less than the estimate. I was also able to use a discount coupon from their web site. My car PERFORMS better now, than when I was having it serviced at the dealership. I highly recommend Pinnacle to anyone who needs their car serviced or repaired. I certainly will be a repeat customer!!!! Pros: Honest and helpful more

The Pinnacle Automotive has been servicing our cars for many years oil changes, inspections, repairs, etc... They deal with you in a very friendly professional manner. They are trustworthy and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for fair prices, good work and nice trustworthy people. more

Best Auto mechanic 6/25/2008

I had a wonderful experience at Pinnacle Automotive, Mark was very honest about the problem that we were experiencing with our vechile, which was covered under the dealers warranty. He's the one who made us aware of that, he easily could have not told us and and did the job himself. We had our car inspected and oil changed , loved his service would recommend everyone we know. Don't be stupid like me and read those only two good reviews and think they are good ,, They are liars, told me $20 to take a look at your care and then all of the sudden he told me it's $125 and that I have to pay it whether they fix it or not,, left me no choice so I said ok fix it ,, I paid $134 and once I left the shop the care died on me ,, and just as bad as before they worked on it ,, I called , they said Oh there is another thing they need to do ,, LIARS,, be careful,, My loss is your gain.. this is my e-mail if you need further info : rpetros@dental.upenn.edu more

I have a very hard time trusting a garage but was in a jam and needed a place nearby. They were fast, friendly and well-priced, easy to talk to and very skilled. Above and beyond what I would ever expect from a garage, I'd go back anyday. PROS: Outstanding skill and service CONS: more

Have to say, if you like to feel like you can trust your mechanic, try pinnacle. They're always fair. I've never had them try to do anything that wasn't required. Prices are fair, if a little expensive. And they're always extremely helpful. Trust takes time to establish with a repair shop, but these guys have earned mine. Pros: Helpful, Honest, Knowledgeable Cons: Bit pricey, sometimes slow more
