Ladies are not very friendly, and will want to charge you a $25 fee to try on wigs and shop. What is up with that, a fee to shop? And then you will be charged a fee to have the hairpiece cut to fit your needs. Highly suggest you go to another Wig salon!!!!!!! more

The ladies each were very helpful. Mary and Candy you ladies Rock! The wigs that they have there are just beautiful. The service is awesome. They really know their stuff. I was thoroughly impressed with the service and their products they sold. I would recommend this place to all. They really personalize it and they treat you like you are family. This is my 2nd wig I have bought there and will return again. more

mary and candy are the best. i was diagnose with breast cancer in november 2007. they were extremely helpful and so generous and understanding. they helped me with several wigs and told me what looked good and what did not. they are not just trying to sell you a wig, they really want u to look good and feel good about yourself. they have helped me with false eye lash as i did need them i had know clue how to use them. i have bought several wigs from them just because i never colored my hair so i thought if i have to have breast cancer and loose my hair, breast etc.. i need to have fun. i love my wigs my hair is starting to grow back but i can put on brown or red (always wanted to be red) and have perfect hair everyday.. also mary has cut my wigs to my liking. not every wig place has someone who can cut wigs. they have a great new shop on west anderson lane in steinmart shopping center. i hope this helps anyone who is in need of any help. they will be your new friends because you will just love them. god bless Pros: the ladies are the best, they have great wigs, and great prices, and they care more

My oncologist, my hairstylist and a friend all recommended Parker's as the best place to get wigs in Austin. They were right! I was told the prices were $100 less than other wig shops, and I was surprised how affordable their wigs are. I absolutely loved the women who helped me find the right wig, and I've gotten many compliments. They were kind, knowledgeable, friendly and very experienced. Pros: Good selection and can order from numerous catalogs Cons: Parker Beauty just moved to Round Rock, but wig store is still there. Looks spartan when you first approach. more

Employee's in wig department are EXTREMELY rude. If you are in need of a wig due to cancer and are already in an emotional state, DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! They have absolutely no compassion for their customers and could care less about helping you. For simple cashiers, both employee's are strangely arrogant. Avoid this store at all costs!!! more
