This restaurant does not cater for small children, they have a no stroller on the main floor policy , which they enforce even when the restaurant is empty, they even suggested to leave our 2 year old which was at sleep in a far corner of the restaurant while we ate. Ridiculous. more

Superb casual bar 8/10/2006

PJ Clarks is a wonderful bar and restaurant. The food is fantastic at not-so-city prices. Oprah loves the mac and cheese and so will you! The drinks are pretty standard prices, but the staff is friendly and attentive, the bar is georgous, and the multi-level seating provides the opportunity to avoid the smoke if you are looking to enjoy the substantial bar food. This bar is just north of the trendy Rush Street scene, so if you're getting sick of the gold coast attitude, check out PJ Clarks. One of my Chicago favorites. Pros: Great food, well-mixed drinks Cons: None. more

Cute Locals and Good Food 1/9/2003

A perfect place to relax and wind down after a day at the office. I love the seperate dining room in the back. Yummy grilled cheese and burgers are menu staples. But, I was impressed with the specials and vino list. Pros: no-smoking area, tasty food, friendly service more

food and fun great combo!! 9/5/2002

Have great food while enjoying the people watching and having a good conversation. Drink selection and bartenders are vast. As well as the excellent and ffreindly staff. Two thumbs up!!! more
