NO customer service 12/10/2012

OK I am not comparing this to its competitors but only with other Office Depot stores. This is more like a 1-star family owned motel you would find in some Nevada desert. Extremely UNhelpful on anything requiring customer service, like returning some thing. Their manager refused to accept my unopened tablet return because it's an online order, which is soon after happily accepted by the other Office Depot store. more

Bad customer service policy! 10/19/2010

I needed to return a printer to Office Depot because it didn't work right. It was about a month after I bought it and I walked into the store and saw it was discounted $110 from the price I paid. I asked about returning the printer and was told it was past the "14-day return policy" and there was NOTHING they would do. And of course they wouldn't adjust the price, either. I spent over $300 on this really nice printer and they wouldn't do one thing for me. They said to call Epson because Office Depot does nothing about the product after the 14-day deadline. I will never buy anything there again, except maybe a pen or an eraser. But electronics? Forget it!! more

Hit or miss 7/14/2005

I've shopped here about four times. Two times, they were out of stock on a computer cable I needed and a printer cartridge. I did find the paper, computer memory, and network router. Twice it was hard to find somebody that knew what I was talking about. BUT, when I discovered Staples just down the road, I switched. Just better prices by 10-20%, snappier help. PROS: Accept checks CONS: Unknowledgeable service, out of stock on items, prices uncompetitive more
