Nu Image is extremely over priced, Especially if your not going there because you want a new look and can afford it.\r If you can afford to pay the entire price up front then go for it, but if your like me and money is tight....I would look elsewhere. \r \r I was referred to Dr. Neshat for a salivary gland stone which I was having trouble with. I was aware of the $82 consultation fee when I was being rushed over for an emergency appointment, but no one told me about having to pay up front for a CT scan which wasn't even covered by my insurance after it was submitted. I also had to ask them when they called with an insurance quote to submit the claim for the CT scan otherwise they weren't going to do it.\r \r Even though I was hurting, (had the salivary gland stone that I could not pass) I decided to go for a second opinion. Turns out the CT Scan wasn't even needed so there went $250 down the drain. Also half the things that Dr. Neshat was suggesting be done wasn't necessary and was only adding to the cost. Both the price of sedation and the procedure was nearly double the price of what the second office quoted me and I was receiving the same things.\r \r I am extremely glad that I did go for that second opinion because I only ended up paying 500 out of pocket with insurance instead of the 3000 upfront where insurance was only going to cover less than 1500. more

Prior to having inplant surgery...I did my research. The Lord and the reviews led me to Dr. Kevin Neshat. He is a skilled surgeon and a man of integrity and deep compassion. I had 4 wisdom teeth removed and implant on another tooth. I couldn't have had a better experience than what I received from Dr. Neshat and his staff. They are passionate about the care that they give you from the time you walk in the door, after the procedure and the follow up call from Dr. Neshat. The professionalism shown by everyone in this office goes far above the call of duty. I was apprehensive about coming to a new facility to have my dental work done. A root tip had been left in during an extraction. There was no reason for worry. No pain during or after – no nausea from the sedation. Great follow up from the team here. I’ll be back! more

I was terribly disappointed when I lost my molar. Even though the hole in my smile was not readily apparent to others, it was obvious to me. Under the best of circumstances, the implant process takes some time. Dr. Neshat and his team kept that time to a minimum. I was sent to Dr. Neshat by my dentist Dr. Pratt. I was very depressed about my appearance due to the loss of teeth, and very anxious about coming for an implant and extraction. Dr. Neshat and staff were very king, and very calming for me. I didn?t feel a thing during my oral surgery. It was amazing. I had minor discomfort due the antibiotics, the usual numbness, and very minor soreness. But all went well, and I?m very grateful to Dr. Neshat and staff. more

Dr Neshat and Nu Image placed three implants for me with no pain or no swelling during and after the surgery. Nice communication with patients. I am able to understand because they have a Spanish translator which makes me feel comfortable. When I first came I was sad and scared on the thought of extracting my teeth and now i feel much better because after all, I found a solution to my problem. The treatment from the staff beginning in the Receptionist Area is top-notch, friendly and professional. It is a very welcoming atmosphere the time I step into the office. My encounter with Dr. Neshat and Assistants were friendly and professionally - very, very knowledgeable of what I needed to know and very comforting when I actually made the decision to have the surgery. He and his staff settled my nerves with re-assurance and positive outlook on my new smile. I was so excited. Surgery Day: It was a awesome - I could not think of any other place I would have an implant but at NuImage - top of the line equipment and staff. On March 11, 2010 I received a new and long awaited procedure from Dr. Neshat of Nu Image, which renewed my life. I had been living with very uncomfortable & loose fitting dentures. This procedure was quick & with very little discomfort. I now have the beautiful smile which I have always longed for, without the fear or embarrassment which I had before. My family loves them. I absolutely love them. I can now go & do anything I please, & eat foods which were off limits to me with my dentures. Thank You for my new lease on life. Dr. Neshat and his entire staff are extremely professional and very caring individuals. I was presented with a very serious and complicated case which involved several surgeries, including bone grafting and sinus lifts. I was a little apprehensive at first but after my initial experience with Dr. Neshat and his staff, my fears were allayed. Im happy I don’t have to use the fixadent anymore! My mouth is not sticky anymore. The implant doesn’t break off in food like the fixadent and I’m able to chew foods now that I couldn’t before, i.e. bacon and steak. I have more confidence when I smile. Pros: Got my smile back more

Can having a tooth implanted be a great experience? Yes it can! At Nu Image the staff is gracious and patient. As for my surgery, I was prepared before the surgery and there was absolutely no discomfort after or in the days that followed. My experience at Nu Image Dental Implant Center exceeded my expectations. I had 4 dental implants placed into my lower jaw without any problems or discomfort. I did not even take any pain medication after the surgery and had no bleeding or after effects. Dr. Neshat and his entire staff were just great. Any questions I had before or after surgery were welcomed and answered. I will consider having more implants done and would highly recommend this office to anyone who is considering dental implants.
