Good: Dr. Berlin takes the time during every appointment to go over all of the details and Q&A required for a thorough treatment plan. He treats me for both diabetes and hypothroidism...and has both under control. His recomendation for a surgeon was spot on and I was able to have an intricate thyoidectomy without any complications.. Bad: The office staff initially appeared to be disorganized (summer of '08), but they have hired a new office manager who is really making a difference. You can already see a significant improvement in the attention to detail and customer service.. Other: I can't imagine going to another endocrinologist..

We moved here recently and was looking for above average office since we had an awesome doctor in Florida. We were referred to another ped. office that was highly recommended and was extremely disappointed. We found Carolina Kids and have been very happy with Dr. Foor - he is patient with our questions, takes time with us and our son. He is direct but that is what we prefer.

I've been with Mary Moody for over 10 years and although her practice has grown she knows my name, remembers my history and always gives me plenty of time at appointments. Linda Mohr delivered my baby and although labor was too long and very complicated, I would give her a great review because she avoided the c-section. Most doctors would have gone in, but she stuck it out with us for the whole night (longer shift than she had planned) and delivered my daugther.

This is an excellent eye care center. Dr. Board takes his time with each child and I feel confident that my child's prescription is right and all my questions are answered. This is such better care than any of the national chains offer. They also have a wonderful waiting room that makes small children very comfortable.

I have been a patient at this practice since moving to NC almost nine years ago. I always saw Dr. Karen Corvin, and she was wonderful! This past year, I had a baby, and during my pregnancy I got to see all of the doctors and the wonderful nurse practioner! I do not have anything but positive things to say about any one of these individuals. They are all compassionate and caring. Their office staff is wonderful as well.

The nurses are very friendly and so is all the other staff. I went for one problem but ending up being a patient for three years . The new office is amazing and well decorated. I feel glamorous when I walk into the door. Which is more than a mouthful for a doctor's office!

My husband and I have been going to Dr Arvind Jariwala at Blue Ridge Family Practice since the 1990s. We never have to wait longer than a day for an appointment and are usually seen within twenty minutes of our appointment time. Dr Jariwala listens patiently and explains problems, possibilities and medications succintly and clearly. He is personable and has a good bed side manner.

I switched to this pratice on the advice of my physician after numerous bad experiences with Obgyn doctors (Blue Ridge obgyn and midcarolina obgyn - seriously I should have sued both). Read my reviews for them.
Atrium nurses, staff, and doctors have all been exceptionally patient, informative, and sensitive. Being diabetic should involve serious care which is what this office gave me. They sent me to Duke Perinatal twice so far for second opinions and advice on the insulin and dosage. The nurses have been great also, listening to my worries and taking my concerns seriously. This will be my first child if everything goes well. Mostly I have seen Dr. Alvarez, who has been excellent, great manners, and pleasant personality.
The downside is that there are long waits, but on most of these times they took in emergency cases as walk in (miscarriages). Knowing that they give immediate care and consultation to those women gives me affirmation that they are doing everything in their power to care for women.
