After having not been to a dentist in quite some time and having a had a HORRIBLE experience at the last office I went to, I was referred to Northwest Hills Smiles by my brother. Everyone in this office is exceptional and personable!! It's very refreshing to walk into an office and feel so welcomed! Looking forward to my next visit! Thanks a bunch! :-) more

great customer service, sweet, friendly staff, Dr. Vo is very knowledgeable and personable. Looking forward to seeing new location/facilities to improve space, parking and also the time it takes to xray etc. One request: wish there was only 1 visit required for exam/cleaning. otherwise great overall first visit! more

Pleasant and Professional 1/12/2011

I came to see Dr. Atassi and her crew on the recommendation of my husband, who could not speak highly enough of Northwest Hills Smiles. I received a warm greeting upon my arrival and was seen promptly for my exam. Dr. Atassi and her staff took the time to show me my x-rays and to discuss and collaborate on my treatment plan. The hygienist was gentle and thorough. I was wowed by the excellent service I received. more

I was running a little late and they graciously accommodated me. I love Northwest Hills Smiles for the super friendly and genuinely caring staff. Moreover, everyone that's worked with me is super interesting, making the whole experience as enjoyable as possible. Dr. Vo always takes the time to make sure her work is perfect, and is always very sweet and personable. The best dentist I've had. more

Although it's tough to get an appointment here, Dr. Atassi and her staff (especially Laurie) are so friendly and really make a nervous patient feel at ease. The garden that the exam rooms look over is lovely and soothing. more

I went in based on several recommendations and was prepared to be pleased but not amazed. I had the single best dental experience on my first visit ever! I didn't have any problems with my teeth, but they were more than prepared if I did, ready to work up a treatment plan tailored to me. I was also impressed with the use of technology in the office. Instant x-rays, text alerts, etc! Overall an incredible experience. more
