I have been using North Austin Massage Therapy for years and am one of their biggest fans. Any time someone mentions chronic back, neck, hip or shoulder pain, I always send them to NAMT. Janine, the owner, is a massage instructor for both deep tissue and Pfrimmer techniques. She is very busy, but worth waiting for. Carmen, Carmela and many of the other therapists are terrific as well. I can go in feeling like a pretzel and come out with greatly improved posture and an incredible reduction in pain. The therapeutic techniques that NAMT uses are several times more effective than your typical massage. Plan on taking the rest of the day off after your massage to enjoy the full effect.
