In my opinion the less than inexpensive prices (lunch can cost $10.00 to $12.00 per person with a beverage) cakes are $4.00 a slice,one would think they would remodel the old place, it seems dreary and needs more than an occasional coat of white paint. Restrooms can be off putting... Mama's Daughter's Diner on Irving Blvd. is a better (less greasy) option for the good ol' home cookin' genre.
Pros: Get your country cookin' fix here. Shorts and flip flops OK
Cons: Not cheap for a plain country diner. $$
