I worked at Dee's for two and a half years. Later I left and worked for a place called unleashed indoor dog park. After working at unleashed, I've learned that Dee's doggie den is a better place to board, groom, or send your dog for daycare. The people that work there really care and try their best to keep your animal comfortable during their stay. Plus the cost for your pet to stay there is way cheaper than unleashed. Check out Dee’s Doggie Den located in Lakewood on Abrams and mockingbird, between Albertson and Ihop.

If you have a small dog, your dog will love this place more than you!!! No kidding. Dogs run all over and watch TV. Door is always open to the outside.
Just try to pick them up after a full day. They never want to come home with you. I swear! We have to spell the name of the place everytime we talk about going or she gets so excited she can hardly stand it. Love Petite Pooch. We can never move out of the area because of it.

I take my dog to VCA Lakewood Animal Hospital because it is really close to where I live. There are three veterinarians at the clinic, and I’ve always used Dr. Tucker. He is really nice and always knows the answers to my questions. The clinic seems to be kind of expensive, but since I have never gone to another vet, I don’t really have a basis for comparison. I like the care my dog gets too much to shop around.

I take my Gracie every other Wednesday for the whole day while I'm having my house cleaned. Gracie LOVES it!! She cannot wait to get in the door and is always happy and played-out when she comes home. They give the dogs plenty of play time and also a nap/quiet time during the day like a regular little day care. The staff is SO friendly and the animals all seem to be quite happy. They also have a resident dog "Ben" who loves to greet people when they drop off and pick up their pets. I've also had Gracie groomed. She came back so great smelling. They even brush her teeth. I would recommend for local East Dallas-ites. Its very convenient.
