New Outlook Cleaning Services is wonderful! They're always punctual, thorough, and polite. Micah and his team are very professional and overall a pleasure to work with. They always clean up well and I'm constantly impressed by how clean they leave our windows. Some of them in our building are very high up and they always are able to clean them well. The prices are very fair and they always have a good attitude. I'd definitely recommend them. more

Absolutely awesome work. Starting with Micah, the owner, who was very professional in his estimate. He immediately saw the challenges to this job and gave an honest assessment of the work involved. Tony and Colyn did the work and were amazing to be around. Very concerned with pleasing us, very professional, nice, hard working.... I can't praise them enough. The cathedral windows had 25 yr. old storm windows on the outside - which required the two of them to carefully remove each panel. Really carefully! The windows were sparkling inside and out when they finished. It was tricky to get the panes of glass back into their brackets. They cheerfully returned a week later to tighten the edging when a few fell off. During the initial job they were also able to get off a large storm window in the front of the house so they could clean that window. This antiquated window hadn't been removed in over 28 years! They were able to put it back too with some difficulty, and cheerfully did so. With the additional challenge of having to work around security barred windows all around the house, and a sliding door that had to be removed to clean - they rose to the challenge. My husband and I are so impressed. Communication was excellent. Micah responded quickly to emails. When we notified him we had a bracket fall off on Friday, he and Tony were here Monday. I would absolutely call them again and recommend them to anyone who wants a fabulous job done. more

I've used New Outlook Cleaning Services twice. In using them, I found they had the same reliable service as when it was under the previous owner. I'm finding out they have an extensive menu of services I didn't realize they had before, such as power washing and gutter cleaning. As a realtor, it makes it much easier to have a one-stop-shop experience like that, and they are reasonably priced. They have good quality, reliable service! more

Weather prevented the first 2 appointments from happening and equipment trouble prevented the 3rd. Once it was done it looked fantastic. They were very professional and pleasant to work with. New Outlook Cleaning Services has performed three or four different jobs for us. On two occasions I had to ask them to come back because the initial work was not done completely or the work wasn't good quality. In those cases where that happened, they were very responsive about coming back to get it done properly, but it did require additional time on my part. more

I have been using New Outlook Cleaning Services for 6-7 years now. Each year, they clean my gutters and skylight and power wash my driveway and sidewalk. They're good about timeliness and always do a good job for me. Most of the time, they send a different serviceman, but they have always been good company. I will keep using them. more
