children diapers are not changed, not enough staff to care for children, then all clients are immigrants from mexico so when a complaint is lodged the clients are threatened they will be reported to INS. The director is unprofessional and cannot handle complaints very well, she continually states ""they are very responsible"" yet unable to exibit their resonsiblity when staff mistreats and does not care for children. When complaint is made will be accused of overreacting.
