Myrna's Boots 'N' Bits

Go down the street to the place on Grove can't remember the name but once on Grove You can't miss it. Better prices and friendly staff. The owner of Myrna's I guess her name is Myrna acts like she doing you a favor to wait on you and that your an inconvenience for coming in her store. Will never step foot in this place again plus the place down the street has more wide size boots. more

I forgot to mention...all of restrooms say ""OUT OF ORDER"" even though Myrna directed me to them when asked. So they cleary were not ""out of order"", she just put that on the doors to scare people away. The middle stall in the women's bathroom said ""This one is really out of order - You Are Being Watched!"". REALLY? SHE HAS A CAMERA IN THE BATHROOM? ISN'T THAT AGAINST THE LAW?? (By the way, all of the other stalls worked just fine or she wouldn't have directed me to the restrooms in first place!) more

I have been to Myrna's several times throughout the years, and I have to say it is by far THE WORST, WORST equestrian, tack, horse shop EVER!!! Myrna is completely no HELP and very very rude and mean with horrible attitude and does not accomadate or help her customers in ANY way except to rip them off!! She has the worst return policy out of any retailer I have ever dealt with, horrible store credit procedure's and overall BAD HIGH PRICES!! Please go to Champion's or shop online for better deals, you will be ripped off if you go to Myrna's. I honestly can't believe she is still in bussiness and WHY ON EARTH people would ever go there when you can shop online for WAY better prices and Much easier Store return policies and who are helpful and act grateful to be receiving your money instead of a mean evil woman such as Myrna,... She is like Quella Devil! more

i have had plenty of expierence at myrna's and i have to say that i do not like Myrna. I have known her for a while now and i have to say that she has an attitude and she is very selfish. One minute she will be happy and the very next second she will be very mean and nasty. I love the other employees such as Kenny,Felicia, and Erica. I was personally helped by Felicia and she was such a joy. I went in there to buy some english riding breeches and she was so very helpful. She completely shocked and amazed me when she said she was only 15. She conducted herself as a very professional and expirenced young lady. She loved my kids and made a very obvious effort to include them in the shopping and shared some very valuable horse knowledge with them. She knew what she was doing and she is probably the most helpful,friendly,intelligent sales person i have ever met.
