Chef/owner Joe Polutro draws inspiration from all regions of Italy and deftly puts forth signature entrees such as Costata Di Maiale -- a thick-cut pork chop, stuffed with Italian sausage, prosciutto, smoked mozzarella, and topped with a porcini mushroom sauce -- in his charming two-story, 90-seat restaurant.
