Midas Willow Lawn is the best 1/1/2012

I've been going to Midas since my college years & always trusted them with all of my vehicles. Somes shops take advantage of females especially if you don't know much about cars, but Lynette makes it easy for me when I go to Midas at Willow Lawn. She's always smiling & friendly. I'll always take my car to Midas unless I'm forced to take it to Nissan regarding a recall issue. more

Service wsa prompt, efficient, fit my schedule, polite, and got more information about my truck than a simple tuneup thanks Larry more

Repair of Muffler and custom tail pipes 12/16/2011

I am from out of town and had used Midas in other locations. I had a loose tailpipe and when I took it to Midas Richmond, they took the time to show me what the problem was and were able to replace my muffler and custom tailpipes while I waited. The customer service was OUTSTANDING and I would not hesitate to go back for other needs. I did think it was a bit pricy, but you get what you pay for. more

Love Midas at Willow Lawn 11/24/2011

Love the folks at Midas at Willow Lawn. Lynette is terrific and will make sure everything is perfect for you. That includes telling you when something needs to be done ... or done but not right now ... allowing you to plan and budget for it. I had an emergency the other day with a tight time limit to get to the airport ... they got me in, diagnosed, took care of the problem and sent me on my way with 20 minutes to spare!! more

Fast, Efficient Service 11/21/2011

I have been a Midas customer for many years, but just moved into the Richmond area in the last few weeks. I had a problem with the muffler on my pick-up truck and called the Richmond Midas, to see if they could help. From the first call their Customer Service stood out, they got me right in on a Saturday, no less, and made the repairs quickly, efficiently and friendly. I would recommend their shop to anyone and look forward to my next visit with them. more

Cruise Control 11/15/2011

Lynette is a great asset to your organization. Her cheerful face and obvious knowledge of the business help me to keep coming back. The guys diagnosed and fix the cruise control on my van in a very timely manner. It was nice not to spend an entire day waiting. Good work! more
