Excellent therapy - he is easy going and comfortable in his own skin. His office is downtown, he is available on Saturdays for people who work all week, and is a soft spoken person. He is extremely insightful and intelligent. I have been to therapist where you do all the talking and they just listen - but with him he ask questions and tells you what he thinks from his education. Especially behaviors that you may have and he will immediately know what you were doing - and he will try to help you with why you need to feel that way. Why are you doing what you do - because it makes you feel powerful - then he well work with you trying to figure out why you have a need to feel powerful and the actual person that you are inside. Highly recommend him for adults. I don't see him as a child therapist. He is most effective with someone that is over 30 or more mature in their thoughts to be able to understand what he is trying to help them understand about themselves. This is just my opinion - so please go see him if you are younger. He just has tons of experience and has helped my Mom out for therapy then any other therapist. My mother is in her early 60's and appreciates his knowledge and his compassion. Very nice man. Don't let the office fool you - or his clothes :) Very smart - go go go - at least once - he is great with ppl with addictions - that is how we found him. A friend that is a recovering alcoholic went to him during the time she stopped drinking and he was fantastic with her.
