they have plenty of therapists on hand, but whether here or in Round Rock, it's just not the same as a Spa. They have 3 people at the front desk pushing the sales on you to buy ...

My therapist, Katie is the absolute best massage therapist I have ever had! She is super knowledgeable and very attentive to my specific needs. In addition, she is so personable. I am totally loyal here because of her. There is another Katie at the front desk that is so organized and efficient - I wish all front desks at all businesses were like that. She has such a pleasant demeanor on the phone and in person. I ended up going to this location one day just as a default because I was in pain, and it must have been fate. I am so happy that I found them! more

Gracie's Great! 5/15/2012

With my busy schedule it's hard to find time to squeeze in time for R&R. My membership @ Massage Envy makes that a lot more convenient and the best therapist there for me is Gracie. I give her 6 stars! Thanks for the flexibility Gracie and Massage Envy Hancock! more

Best healthy change I have made in years! 5/9/2012

Because of Andreas and the other therapists at the Hancock Center Massage envy I have gone from only getting massage when I was injured to maintaining better health with regular massage. All of them have been very skilled and knowledgeable. Not to mention they make it very easy to afford so I can go twice a month or more if I need it. more

Love a great massage 5/5/2012

I am a last minute type of person , so when I all of a sudden realize that I am stressed and in need of a massage it's usually a spontaneous call for help. The fine folks at massage envy are great at helping me out in those times of need!!! Thanks Keith and Katie!! more

As a person who suffers from chronic pain and the normal aches and pains associated with getting older, it is truly refreshing to find a business that listens to their customers and provides a wonderful overall experience!!! My therapist Sharon B. gives a new meaning to the relief of tired muscles and the stress that builds up in this busy world we live in. From the moment you enter this location you start feeling relaxed. They truly aim to set you at ease and are helpful from first phone call, the setting of the appointment, during and after your session. I recommend Massage Envy Hancock to everyone that wants a great massage. more

I love this place! 5/4/2012

I have been coming to Massage Envy in the Hancock center for 5 years and have always had a wonderful experience. I've always found it hard to justify spending money on things for myself, but having a membership here is affordable and allows me to do something for me without feeling guilty about spending a ton of money. The atmosphere is soothing, the customer service is excellent, and I would definitely recommend Evan for your massage. He does an awesome job of addressing the issues you come in for whether it be just to relax or to give relief from discomfort/pain. He is dedicated to making sure you have the best session that meets your needs each time and he never fails to follow up with you on the next session about what you talked about in the last session. There have been so many times I went into the session in pain and left feeling great and back to normal. If you are looking for a good massage, you've got to come here and see Evan! more

Deep Tissue with Keith 5/2/2012

My husband gave me a Massage Envy gift card for Valentines and with it, I booked a deep tissue massage with Keith. At the end of my appointment I was signing up for a membership with Massage Envy and now schedule regular deep tissue massages with Keith. Keith sets a very comfortable atmosphere, runs on time, and knows what he's doing! He gives the BEST deep tissue massage I've ever had! You pick the pressure and he will find the spots that need to be worked. You will walk away from your appointment with a whole new back! Your shoulders and neck will feel AMAZING and if you have him work on your legs, they too will be thanking you! more

Great for Relaxation and Sports Massage! 5/2/2012

This Massage Envy location has some of the best massage therapists I've ever experienced. The Sports Massage I received from Sharon really helped loosen up my legs and rebound faster from exercise soreness. I was so impressed I even signed up for the membership which includes a monthly one hour massage and discounts on upgrades! The therapists here are also really great at giving relaxing massages when I prefer that to a sports massage. It is a peaceful environment and the massages have worked wonders for me. Definitely come by this location for all your massage needs! more

Absolute Best Relaxation 5/1/2012

Gotta say the establishment has been nothing but good to me. Very nice front desk from Audrey to everyone. The therapists have all been good and will work with whatever requests you have that better fit your comfort level. Monthly deposit membership is well worth it in the long run imo. more

Pre Natal massagee 4/22/2012

In my 2nd trimester and my back n legs were killing me like never before so I decided a good pre natal massage is just what I need. I called Massage Evny and Kevin worked his magic on me, he is just what my body needed to relieve all the tention I had. Kevin comes highly recommended for any pregnant women and I'm more then positive he'll do da same for anyone else!!!! more

I am usually not one for the massage chains. They give off a ""I'm just gonna swing in and get a massage as though it's an oil change"" type vibe. However, there are times when you just need a massage. That happens often for me. While I am always appreciative of the care I receive in my time of need, I have never booked with a therapist at a location like this again. I never wanted to, until Maggie. She truly is a healer and an energy worker. You can tell the difference and if you're looking for care, she has the TLC you're looking for. I would like to encourage the office staff to cultivate a more calm and quiet environment in the front as it is literally the bridge between the harsh outside world and a peaceful, private massage. That transition could be a bit more graceful but perhaps it was just a chaotic day. I plan on going back and will find out! more
