They have had a ten year association with Clark Wilson Homes and Doyle Wilson Homes and although I am no longer with these companies I can safely state that this company performed their duties well. They were punctual, efficient, and trustworthy. Their honesty was always above reproach. more

This company was contracted to clean our office and did a good job until 2011. Because our office in Austin was minimally staffed and the employees were out of the country quite a bit, it wasn't brought to my attention (at hdqtrs) until March of 2011. When I called to find out why they had not been out to clean, I was told one of the crew had broken their leg and that they were looking for another crew to take over. We continued to pay our monthly cleaning fee and I assumed they found another crew. We planned to close the Austin office in September so I arranged for a final clean prior to walk-through with the landlord. I arranged this via email and phone two weeks prior to the date Maid of Honor was to come out. I was completely mortified when I got to Austin - the office looked like it had not been cleaned in months. I called and left a voicemail with Diane S. and told her what I found - disintegrated bugs, dirty conditions, etc. and asked her to confirm they would be out for final clean. On the day they were to come out, no one called or came to clean. I called Diane S. back and she said she was trying to get someone out by the afternoon. I told her that was too late - I had an appointment with landlord at 11:00 A.M. Also, I reminded her that I made the appt. a couple of weeks before then. I told her I would clean the office myself and I wanted a refund of six months of cleaning fees because I was sure no one had been out. They have no way of confirming a crew has been out to a location!!! She said I would need to speak to John who was out of town. After numerous emails and phone calls, John finally called me on a Friday evening apologizing and saying he needed to review the information and he would call me Monday. Needless to say, no call on Monday and as of today (two weeks later) no call or email from anyone at Maid of Honor. I wouldn't recommend contracting this company for any work whatsoever. The name certainly doesn't reflect their treatment of customers. I intend to pursue them for the money they owe my company - legally and through reviews such as this as well as BBB complaint. There is no excuse for their non-responsiveness!!!! more

I knew the day would come really soon. After 2 years of living in my apartment I knew I would have to move out. I finally took the time to do my research on cleaning companies in Austin. I ran across Maid of Honor and thought i would give them a shot! I'm glad I did. The cleaning crew that went in cleaned from the ceiling to the floor! The crew that went in were the nicest people. Thank you. :) more

JUST WANT TO GIVE MY THANKS TO MAID OF HONOR. FOR HELPING ME KEEP MY APT CLEAN . MY PARENTS THOUGHT I WAS GOING TO PUT THEM IN A HOLE WITH NOT BEING ABLE TO KEEP UP WITH MY OWN PLACE. BUT YOUR COMPANY HELPED ME SHOW THEM I CAN DO IT . AND EVERY TIME THEY ARE MY FRIENDS COME TO VISTED THEY ARE SO SURPISED AND NEXT YEAR I WILL BE USING THEM AGAIN.SO THANKS MAID OF HONOR !!! My husband called to schedule an appointment for Maid of Honor to come out to our house. It was dirty when we moved in, so the landlord told us to call them and they'd cover it. Hubby was told that they would be here before noon. He called this morning to see about what time so I would know if I had time to shower before heading over, and they said around 11.\r \r Now, I know maid services can run late often, so I expected 11:30, maybe even 12. but by noon, we hadn't heard anything, so he called to find out where they were. They said the cleaning lady was running behind and was almost done, that she would call me in a bit. 1pm passes... 1:15 I get a call from the company saying the cleaning lady had just finished and was about 20 minutes away. Well, at 1:45 I get a call from the lady herself asking for the address, because she had been given the wrong directions!!! She was on Rundberg (about 20 minutes away) and said she would get proper directions and be over soon. At 2:30 (45 minutes later!!) still no word! We called to cancel and will be letting our landlord know of this immediately. \r \r Also, we think this is the same company he used to 'clean' the house before we moved in- this house was NOT clean by any means. Pros: none whatsoever. Cons: made me miss a whole day of work waiting on them. more

Do not use this company for your cleaning needs. I scheduled an apartment move-out cleaning with them and they did not show up - TWICE!!! Not only did they fail to show up, but they did not even call to let me know that they could not make it, I had to call them to find out. This happened on two occasions and their conduct was totally unacceptable; I strongly urge you to select another company. DO NOT USE MAID OF HONOR or recommend them to others; they let me down and they will let you down too. more
