Water and Flood Damage, as if it was never there! 5/15/2010

I called Magic Carpet to ask about there services for flood and water damage because a pipe broke in my basement and ruined almost everything. They gave me an estimate after checking everything out that made me ask ""Whats the catch?"" :) But they did a great job in removing the water and getting rid of the damage. 5/5 Pros: Quick, Effecient, Great Price, Great Service Cons: None, of course more

Not a good experience 10/20/2009

The guy came out and cleaned the carpet and it looked good. Problem was it stayed wet for 5 days and started to smell like mold. Had to rip it all out and replace it...the padding under the carpet was still extremely wet 5 days after the carpet cleaning. They said they would refund the money I paid for the carpet, so far nothing! I'm not sure if they put to much water/steam into the carpet or the extraction system was not working...but I ended up having to rip out and replace the carpet. Cons: wasted my money..still no refund more

i loved the excellent job done. this ompany made my carpet smell better than ever. i never expected so much from cleaning the carpet. i feel like i bought new carpet. they also cleaned rugs which turned out to be very clean. they will always clean my house and be on the top of my list. i highly recommend them for all to use. this company has shown an outstanding performance. They ""brought my carpet back to life"" as they say. All the spots and odors that were in my carpet are now gone thanks to them. They are not only the best carpet cleaners but very professional and friendly. i highly recommend them to anyone who needs an excellent job done.
