Every time we have a flooring need, we head back to Carolina Flooring. They have installed carpeting and laminate flooring in our home and we are completely satisfied. Everyone on staff is knowledgeable about all the products they sell. They have a very down home feel when you go into the showroom and discuss your needs. The workers have always been polite and efficient. We have nothing but good to say about this company.

Bell's has tiled our kitchen, installed laminate in our dining room & carpeted the rest of our home. Our salesperson, Fred, was wonderful to work with. When we had a complaint about their contractor's work, they immediately had someone come back to correct the problem. They have great sales once or twice a year and really put the customer first. My mother-in-law and grandmother have purchased carpeting at Bell's, also. We've all had good experiences.

We moved into a 1969 ranch house complete with blue shag carpet and lovely linoleum floors. After pricing several competitors we purchased all of our new floors from them.
They were very honest about our needs even though the other option was more expensive. We had a special delivery and it arrived within 4 days. Two years, two kids, two dogs later and the floors still look awesome!

This company installed a floor in my house, they could not clean up the glue on the floor and were clueless as to how to solve the problem. I had limited use of my house for three weeks,due to this company . The problem was solved when I called the manufacturer. It took me 5 minutes to get the answer that I had waited 3 weeks for.
My floor is beautiful.
Pros: I have a beautiful floor
Cons: I was inconvenienced for 3 weeks
