Good denim selection. Cute tops, some good gift ideas. Not a fan of the staff on the clothing side. One of the girls was snippy with me once when I brought something back. They were running some promo with some sort of discount card where they would puncha hole if you spent a certain amount. (Apparently, when I bought the top, they didn't give me a card because I had never seen it and it wasn't in my bag.) When I was returning, the sales girl asked me for my promo card. I told her that I didn't know what she was talking about because I didn't receive one. She sarcastically questioned me and did not believe me. She asked me who was helping me ""because everyone knows they're supposed to give customers cards."" I had no idea, as it was a week or two later. After going several rounds with her, she finally conceded, but made me feel bad about it (as if I were being deceptive) She was a bit too rude for my taste. I remember that story every time someone talks about Luxe.
Pros: Denim. Clothing.
