I have been going to Litespa since 1999 for various services and I have never been disappointed with anything. In fact, everything far exceeds experiences I have a other spas, including notable ones in NY and LA. The endermology offered is a service everyone should try and the massages feel fantastic. Working downtown I have found Litespa to be a blessing. On weekdays it is easy to get to. On weekends I don't have to fight crowds in parking lots or on the road. I was TOTALLY AMAZED at the results from endermology! They have always been gracious and helpful to me, making me feel welcome and comfortable. I have observed their genuine care for customers when I arrive early and watch and listen to the staff help other customers - both in person and on the phone. They are knowledgeable about the products and services they offer. I have always been treated with respect and friendliness. I've been a LiteSpa massage customer for over a year and have never had a bad experience. It's a little loud sometimes, but you get over it once the therapists hands work their magic. Request Christina, she has a magical touch and knows her stuff... although I've never had a bad massage from anyone else. And try the End-dermology. It's different, and maybe hokey to some, but I swear my thighs were slimmer for weeks after. Not to mention, I learned lots of interesting nutrition and health things. Litespa offers an attractive discounted introductory package, but fails to deliver. At least two employees had only 2-3 months of experience and it showed. There is a concerted effort by the staff to push products and service upgrades. The End-Dermology treatment is simply mumbo-jumbo. It's amazing this place manages to stay in business. I went here to have a long needed massage and I was highly dissapointed: The massuese seemed to be inexperienced , the room was very drafty and cold, there was just a hospital curtain between myself and the next customer getting a massage and I could hear every word she said!
