We have been in our home for over 11 years and we truly look forward to the every 6 month walk through program which is the envy of our friends who rent. I’d give you 5 stars. We’ve been very happy with the service Kerr has provided. We haven’t had one month of skipped rent because they’ve always found someone to rent our house immediately after one r enter leaves. They’ve taken care of minor repairs and we’ve been very happy with them. more

Thank God for Kerr Properties rescuing us when they did! We almost got taken by another company (Fox Management). Kerr rented us a beautiful, 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home, that is only 1 1/2 years old for $900.00 dollars a month, with the water, garbage and lawn care all included in the rent ! Plus a operating home security system monitored by Brinks! This is a dream home for us. No deposits, just the rent for the month. Kerr was so nice, they even told us, that if we didn't qualify for the house, the would work with us. The best part is the neighborhood is in a new exclusive West Hills area, the same type of area that Fox Management promised but never delivered. The only 3 bedroom house they showed us, turned out to be a dump. But the picture on the Fox Management website was different than the house they showed us. Plus Fox Management, wanted a $200.00 to hold it, until we passed a credit check etc. Well, while the gal was yapping from Fox Management, one of our cell phones rang, and it was Kerr Property Management, saving the day, and our money. more

We've been renting from Kerr Property Management for a few years now in a couple of different houses. This company has been great to us and since we own a rental home out of state we understand both the landlord and tenant points of view. One of the houses we rented from Kerr had an owner that wouldn't repair much; which is no fault of Kerr since they don't own the rentals. This is why we moved to a different home with Kerr as we understood their hands were tied on our first home but the one we're in now, Kerr is authorized to do repairs and the maintenance staff does a wonderful job. We have known the Kerr"s from the beginning. In fact we started using Kerr Properties when they were working out of their home office. They are very honest and dependable. We can leave them to take care of our property and know it is being taken care of. We can set what they can do with out addition permission or call us and get approval. We can call them any time and they are very professional and willing to listen to what every I need to get answers for. We have had the homes rented in fact one of our renters has been there for yrs. The other home has been rented and when it came available the Kerr's had it rented again in a very short time. We are out of town and we really have peace of mind. When it comes to tax time Kerr Properties has every thing taken care of and all you have to do is take it to your CPA. How easy is that. We have known Shaun since he was a little boy and has grown up to be one fine young man.Shaun has been well trained and has added several new items to their business to make it easier for us to check on line our acct. 24/7 it is just so complete and easy.
