Today was free rootbeer float day at all A&W's. A friend and I took her son and went to KFC/A&W (combo store withbother resturants in one).
I received a flyer in the paper about today being free rootbeer day. On that flyer there were coupons. No one in the store knew how to work the coupons! The manager even tried and after a few minutes got it all figuered out. Well we got everything done and paid for and then they said we could only have one free rootbeer float... What? The flyer said 1 per person NOT per order! We hadd 3 peoples food in one order.
Well instead of just giving us the floats like the flyer said, the canceled the order and started over again!
Well all is said and we wait, and wait , and wait. It was not busy, there should not have been that long of a wait. Well the food is ready. We ordered for here and they packed it all to go ( A hint I guess). Well we sat donw to eat.... When I went to take my food out of the bag, I noticed they got my order wring! After at that mess and waiting I now have the wrong food! I went and said something and they said nothing!
I was so frustrated that I said screw it I aill deal with it later...
My hamburger was very good... That was about the only thing I can say good about the place!
