These guys did a fantastic repair job on my wifes car. The last shop I went to was Sterling and I was not happy at all! Allstate sent me there. These guys are thefts and robbers. Trust me these guys rip me off. \r \r For 2 mile tow, They charged me $170. And would not release my car unless I pay cash.\r \r I wish all those SOB got burn in hell. more

Top Notch work and service!! I'm very pleased with the entire process, they took care of everything. It started with the tow truck driver. I feel like he really took care of me during a stressful time. He made sure to hurry along so he could get me to the rental car place before they closed. He unloaded the items from my car into the rental car while I was signing paperwork. He was so nice and caring which was such a relief since I was basically stranded and I knew no one that could help me. Bill called me the next day to let me know about my car and the process and of course made sure I wasn't injured after my accident. They dealt with the insurance companies for me (mine & the driver at fault). They finished the work on time as quoted to me and it was beautiful! I had only made 4 payments on my 2011 Nissan Altima so I was heartbroken and worried about the quality of the vehicle after the accident. Although I recently bought it used, it's the newest vehicle I've ever owned and I was counting on it to last me long after I paid it off. I've had it back from K & B a couple weeks now & I can't even tell it was in an accident. It looks beautiful and drives perfectly!! Thanks to all at K & B! I will not hesitate to refer this shop to everyone I know! \r P.S. They were very kind to work with me on my deductible and didn't let this unplanned expense I wasn't prepared for keep me from my car...I am very grateful for that! more

The staff at K&B have always taken care of all my cars. I just had an accident with my 2007 Chevy Equinox and as usual everything went smooth. Allstate tried to have me go to one of their contract shops, but I told them that this was my shop and they would be repairing the vehicle. The office staff are great and they handled everything for me. I will continue without hesitation to tell family and friends about them. more

They showed up to tow my car. Said repairs would take 6 business days. They had my car for 45 days. Car was fixed totally wrong. Had to take to another shop. They said that K & B used wrong parts and bent old parts back into shape even though we were charged for new. Paint job is horrible and is bubbling. How is this an auto repair shop? By the time it was all said and done it cost more to fix their mistakes then it would have to just total the car to begin with. Bill totally has an attitude and becomes very hyper and has a foul mouth even when you stay calm. Needs to be closed down. more

This shop has always done my work. I recently moved to NJ ,but still come to Philly to have my car fixed at K&B. They have always treated me well and I can't say enough about their work. I was recently rear ended on Girard Ave, in my 08 Nissan Altima. I was not able to drive it, so it was taken to K&B. My insurance company recomended another shop, but I decided to leave the repairs with them instead.(they were very helpful) . The repairs were great and I have had no problem what so ever with the vehicle after picking it up. Looks great and the office staff was very accomadating. Would highly recomend their services.. more

I've been dealing with K&B Autocraft for 15 years. I have never had a problem with service and my cars have always been returned in perfect condition. I would recommend them to anyone. The only time I did not deal with them (1998) my car was towed to another shop who ""repaired"" it without noting frame damage . . . and that was a problem when trading in the car. That would not have happened at K & B Auto. more

From the moment I walked in I was treated in such a professional manner. The manager (Bill) took excellent care of my needs and concerns...not to mention how well my truck was repaired, it looks brand new! This is the place to go for all of your auto repairs. My car was taking to K & B Autocraft, for reairs. Which they had for 2 months. The worst thing ever. They took parts off my car. antifreeze bottle is missing. Why are you under my hood, when the problem was on the side rear of my car? My seat beats are not attacted anymore. My bumper wasn't fixed right. My wheellock key was missing. When I asked questions you get no answers, but attitude.I wouldn't send no one there. They should be investigated and closed down. Cons: Ripping ppl off more

This is the worst experience I have had in my life... dont try to talk to bill he flips his lid easier then a jack in the box when you try to tell him you have a complaint... he goes postal on you when you have a problem with the work done to the car.. never seen anything like this... wouldn't give me my car back it was insane.. then you cant talk to the guy without him talking down to you like your some kind of scumbag or something.. I would for sure avoid this place at all cost. Pros: no pros Cons: the list goes on... more

I was involved in an accident on a Monday night, I called my brother to get th name of the shop he had recently used and was happy with the job. He recomended K&B. I called them and they had their truck there within twenty minutes. They towed the car to the shop and then drove me home.Their tow driver Pros: Made a bad situation a lot easier more
