My oil change took over two and a half hours. I was pretty upset that it took that long for a simple oil change.

Took the wife?s BMW in for tires, oil change and check out. They noticed that the coolant recovery tank was impaired, there was crusty dried coolant around the seams, both I and the dealership missed this potentially big problem?good call. No we didn?t need control arm bushings like the dealership was pushing?good call. Bryan really knows his tires too. I?m taking the truck to John?s next time I need service, tires. This place is a keeper. more

DON'T EVEN BOTHER WITH THESE GUYS. 2/10/2011

Save yourself the wasted grief and time and just go find someplace else now. They are overpriced by a factor of 400% - 500% on just the quote I asked for. READ ALL THE REVIEWS, and pay attention. People who have actually bought auto services in their life are all saying the same thing. BEWARE more

OMG, these guys "quotes" would embarrass the freakin' mafia they are so overpriced. They apparently are trying to cultivate a "stupid" clientele that they can comfortably fleece, and the screening process is throwing insane quotes at you to see if you have bought anything for a car before and know the difference.\r \r So if you ARE NOT AN IDIOT, Keep looking for legit auto repair. You haven't found a resource here you'll want to use once let alone again. more

I was disappointed to have to come back and have more work done on my car because the first (rebuilt) part failed (and took out my battery, to boot). But the warranty held up and I didn't have to pay a thing! Everything else was top notch! more

Saturns 11/27/2010

2004 Vue and 2004 Ion. Damage to undercarriage, ENGINE CHECK on Vue. PWR STR light on Ion. Parts were a problem because they were both 2004 Saturn models. Both cars were repaired to my expectations and finished in a timely manner. I would recomend John Automotive to all my friends. more
