I had my dent repaired on my new Accord and can not even see were the damage was. Buddy The manager was very kind and professional and delivered my car back on time! They even wrote me a hand written thank you card a week later! Great people highly recommend them.
Dave Stall "THE CAR GUY" recommended them to me.
Pros: Done On Time!
Cons: Wish one was closer to home.

A link to a trusted mechanic is a rare and valuable referral. As much as I hate to tell others about John's Automotive Care, I want to see Jimmy G., Dana, Jason, Chad, and John E. continue to prosper in the new year. After our friend's memorial service we found ourselves looking for a new mechanic for the first time in over twenty years. We followed up on the recommendations of friends until we sent our 20 year old son to John's. Amazingly, he was treated fairly even though he was obviously a babe in the woods when it comes to cars. Since then we have taken all of our work to John's. Sure, I could have taken the car in myself but that would not have tested the character of the shop in the same way. The price is reasonable, the staff courteous, the work timely and professional, and even a youngster is treated right.

I was so impressed by the professionalism, attention to details, generosity, and effectiveness when I met Robert Navarro's crew as 8: AM yesterday morning. Any person who walked through the door was greeted with courtesy, a firm hand-shake, and a smile looking the visitor in the eyes all asking ??????may I help you??????. I saw every one of the employees, all clean cut and professional looking doing the same. I asked for pricing on two different tire repair application, (plug or inner patch) and Mr. Navarro replied he would only do a patch (which is obviously more work) because of the safety result. When I asked for price, he replied it was free. No being a regular or deserving a free service for any reason, I questioned the freebee and he replied because I want you to remember us. I will Mr. Navarro.

I have been to discount tire numerous times and I have always received the most excellent service and affordable tires. My first thought on buying the tires that I thought were cheao was that they wouldn't last. The tires turned out to be great and lasted. They also came with an 80,000 mile warranty! I have also gone there with a nail stuck in my tire and they removed it and patched my tire for free. Whenever I go there, the wait isn't long either. You can get yourself affordable tires quickly!! I highly recommend them for your tire needs.

I love this place. Always the best service in the shortest amount of time. Gary runs the shop very efficiently. I always feel pampered. Fixing a flat is not a problem and usually no charge.
