Brought back merchandise to the store to facilitate an exchange because it was the wrong size. they gladly took my money, but never called me when my order arrived. called the store on 3 different days and the 1-800 customer service number 4 times. after the latest 20minute phone call with 1-800 customer service, she informs me that my order is in fact at the store. been there for 4 days now. she said the associates at that store were lazy and didnt go in the back to check for my order. amazing. new logo- fair and square, lazy and cheap. will NEVER do jcp EVER again. no discount, coupon or apology is worth this hassle. more

I had had it after going to 2 stylists in Raleigh who did not listen after asking them to color my hair back to my natural hair color. Then I found Tracie. Tracie has done my hair 3 times - colored/highlighted it twice and cut my hair 3 times. I love my cut and natural haircolor. Finally, I have found a stylist who will help me to achieve a nice look that puts a smile on my face. Consider visiting Tracie, if you want a cute natural current look. (Prices are very reasonable, too.) more

JCPenney Salon is the place to go! 1/25/2009

I was so happy to find a stylist that listened to me and helped me decide the best style and color for me. Samia was wonderful. Several other stylists have also cut and colored my hair.....Sheila always does an excellent job with my color....my highlites are always perfect. Tammy & Diane have both cut my hair and I was very pleased. There is such diversity in this salon......if you are looking for great cuts, beautiful color, high-lites, low-lites, relaxers, perms, barber cuts, waxing....there is the perfect stylist for you. They also carry great hair care products...something is always on sale. Pros: Convenient parking, open in the evenings & Sundays. more
