Season has fabulous patience when dealing with children. She photographed my newborn son who was dealing with the onset of reflux and not easy at all to work with. She had more patience than me as well as an amazing artistic eye for the perfect shots. I couldn't be more pleased with the pictures though deciding is an ordeal when all her shots are beautiful.

This is a great place to get your photos developed. The staff is very friendly and helpful with all of your photographic needs. The store is very clean and easy to get to. They even have a drive thru window so you don't even need to leave your card. You should shop there now.

I have been having my son's portraits as well as family portraits done by Delarosa Photography since my son was born 10 years ago. She has always taken the time to make my son at ease and as a result the portraits have turned out beautifully. We have been having our family christmas cards done by her year after year and have always been pleased. Our friends and family tell us how much they look forward to getting our Christmas cards because they are so creative and beautiful. There has been times because of our busy holiday schedule that we've only been able to come in for our christmas pictures just a few weeks before christmas and yet time and time again, Carol is cheerful and patient and never makes us feel rushed. She has consistently gotten our cards to us in time to send out for Christmas, even if she has to personally bring them to us! I don't know any other studio that would actually deliver to your door in a pinch. I know whenever we need a family picture that Carol's professional work ethic and integrity will consistently provide us with the best possible portrait. I can't recommend Delarosa Photography enough! She has captured our family history with beautiful portraits that are sure to become family heirlooms passed down from one generation to the next! Thank you Carol and Delarosa Photography for all you've done for us over the years and I look forward to working with you for years to come!

My husband and I took our 6 month old puppy for a photo shoot and it was a great experience. The photographer turned some music on, we sat on the floor against a white back drop and played with our dog. There were so many great photos, it was hard to choose!

Peace Camera is probably Raleigh's best camera shop. They have a wide selection of new and used cameras in pretty much any format (digital, SLR, rangefinder, etc.) you can think of, and row after row and case upon case of accessories (flashes, cases, tripods, films, filters). I can also say from experience that you will be hard pressed to find a camera that someone in the store isn't familiar with, and if they can't fix it or find a part for you, they can direct you to someone who can. The prices are not Wal-Mart low, but then, you're dealing with a store full of people who actually know about cameras, a trade-off I'm perfectly willing to make. Service has varied from friendly to merely politely helpful the few times I've been-like any place that sells moderately to expensively priced electronic equipment, it helps to go in looking like you've got money eager to leap out of your pocket-but there's no snobbish attitude to put off amateurs, a problem at some specialty shops.

I was so happy to find a stylist that listened to me and helped me decide the best style and color for me. Samia was wonderful. Several other stylists have also cut and colored my hair.....Sheila always does an excellent job with my color....my highlites are always perfect. Tammy & Diane have both cut my hair and I was very pleased. There is such diversity in this salon......if you are looking for great cuts, beautiful color, high-lites, low-lites, relaxers, perms, barber cuts, waxing....there is the perfect stylist for you. They also carry great hair care products...something is always on sale.
Pros: Convenient parking, open in the evenings & Sundays.

We have been getting our prints framed by Mobley's for the last 15 years. Pretty much all they do is picture frames, and they are exceptional at it. I have never not found the right frame at Mobleys. It is a family owned North Raleigh business and they take customer service to another level.

Katie took some pictures of my family last year. We really enjoyed the way the pictures turned out. We have 4 kids and when I asked Katie what she suggested, she came up with lots of ideas. We ended up going to a local park and she took pictures of our kids playing and us with them. We also took some picures of us all together posing instead of just all free style. My husband and I were very pleased with the quality of the photo's, and Katie's style. She was very patient with us, even when one of our children wanted to throw a tantrum and not do what the rest of us where doing. It was a great pleasure working with Katie and I would highly recomend her to anyone....she is a great artist.
