Brought back merchandise to the store to facilitate an exchange because it was the wrong size. they gladly took my money, but never called me when my order arrived. called the store on 3 different days and the 1-800 customer service number 4 times. after the latest 20minute phone call with 1-800 customer service, she informs me that my order is in fact at the store. been there for 4 days now. she said the associates at that store were lazy and didnt go in the back to check for my order. amazing. new logo- fair and square, lazy and cheap. will NEVER do jcp EVER again. no discount, coupon or apology is worth this hassle.
