This is the worst place I have ever lived. It appears that The Hendrix has sabotaged my AC to punish me for complaining about the fact that it is leaking water and causing mold. I am writing this review on 8/12/15 at 7:40pm. On 7/9/15 the AC unit where the filter is located inside my apartment started leaking water through the closet under the unit. I put in a maintenance request online that night because the office was closed already. I called at 9am the next day when they opened. I let them know there was serious water damage and it needed to be fixed. Maintenance came by, claimed the "blew out" the AC lines and resolved the leak. They then put DUCT TAPE over the water damage and closed the work order. The AC kept leaking, the sheet rock remained wet and began to rot and mold. I have been calling and coming into the office almost daily and the issue has not be resolved. I can smell the mold in my apartment everytime I walk in. My allergies have been killing me, I've had a headache everyday and I'm talking allergy medicine like it's springtime. Today they claim they replaced the coil to resolve the leak and repaired the sheet rock. They have covered the duct tape that's barely holding together the wet rotting drywall with spackle or whatever. And I can now see the water leaking from the ac PLUS it's making a funny noise and no longer blowing cold air. The temperature has been steadily rising in my apartment all night. I told the office about this when I got home from work today at 5:30 but they were not impressed. I have submitted a work order online and called the after hours line. I am also pursuing a complaint with the county, state, and BBB. I will continue to look into where I can complain about this situation to ensure it is eventually resolved. more

Safety: Our apartment was vandalized the first three months we moved here and there was a police/SWAT Team that raided a neighbor's unit... Parking: Read the other reviews - reserved parking is a joke and the wrecker cannot even fit to tow vehicles successfully (1 tow out of the dozens of times I called)... Maintenance: No issues here, they have been timely with my repairs. Noise: Kids playing directly in front of your window, fights, and parties that last until 3am... Grounds: Dog feces EVERYWHERE, it smells like a kennel when you check your mail! Staff: No patience, no retention, and were only helpful once I was ready to non-renew. more
