Great Drycleaners 5/7/2011

I recently visited Austin on vacation for several weeks, and I was very excited to find this drycleaners near my hotel. They were very friendly and explained how their ""drive-through"" service works. (A service I have never heard of before.) When I picked up my clothes they were nicely pressed and never had any stains on them. Overall I give Home Steam Laundry and Cleaners 5 stars for their reasonable prices, cordial service, and quick drive-through. more

Exellent Service! 1/10/2010

This is an excellent laundry and dry cleaners! They always have had my clothes ready when I need to pick them up. Plus, because of their very low prices I have been able to take all of my clothes to them. Their customer service is very friendly and helpful, when I talk to them. They have never ruined any of my clothes either! They have earned my approval! A+ Pros: Great quality, low prices, exellent service Cons: not open Sunday more

Lost clothes and no accountability 5/12/2008

I like the people at Home Steam Laundry & Cleaners, I just don't like the fact that they lose clothes and then aren't accountable for it. Pros: East side location and nice staff Cons: un-organized, un-accountable, un-responsive, loses clothes more
