Dr. Rigel Wise is originally from Kelso, Washington, home of the Hilanders. Rigel attended the University of Washington in Seattle where he threw javelin on the Husky Track and Field team. It was there, being treated for sports related injuries, where he was first exposed to the benefits of chiropractic medicine and massage therapy. After college, Rigel attended East West College of the Healing Arts in Portland and became a licensed massage therapist before attending the University of Western States College of Chiropractic. Dr. Wise’s background in deep tissue and myofascial massage as well as chiropractic training give him a solid set of skills in manual therapy. Rigel enjoys spending time with his partner, Natalie and his five year old son, Silas. He also enjoys watching the Hilanders, Huskies and Seahawks play football on the weekends with his dad and spending time with his mom and two older sisters and their families. In the Spring he coaches aspiring young javelin throwers. Dr. Wise takes an evidence-based approach in the treatment of neuromusculoskeletal complaints and is an adept diversified technique adjuster. Rigel loves his profession and making his patients feel their very best. He is available for appointments on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
