Halina always calls me at least two days before my appointment to remind me ...as if I need reminding about my massage!!! Regardless, I am most appreciative.

Great Customer Service 9/9/2009

I go monthly to get a massage and everytime I go in or talk to someone on the phone I hear a friendly voice. The prices for massages are reasonable compared to other spas in town. Pros: Great Customer Service, Reasonable Prices Cons: None more

worked out great 9/8/2009

I was in town for a few weeks and this worked out great for me. The staff was kind and skilled and I caught myself falling asleep (very relaxing!). I look forward to coming by again the next time in Austin. Pros: snuck me in last minute Cons: had to go home more

Been going to the Halina Day Spa on Burnet for a few years now and I have always enjoyed my services! I see Beatrice for my nails and Annie for my massages and I recommend them highly. I also like how there are never little kids there or nosy cell phones--great place to escape the loud, busy world! Pros: great talent! Cons: wish I had more time to go! more

I have been getting massages and facials for several years. I am always very impressed with the professionalism of the staff. I especially recommend a massage by Annie. She is extremely knowledgeable and takes great pride in her work. more

The staff, procedures, and atmosphere are just what I want from a spa. Every manicure, pedicure, facial,massage,and mud wrap is performed professionally, and the results are phenomenal. Each employee from the receptionists to the stylists is attentive and kind. Pros: Excellent prcedures! Cons: None more

I've been coming to Halina's for years. The staff is friendly, courteous, and very skilled. You will love the wonderful attention. Pros: Very accomodating appointment schedule Cons: It's a little far north for those of us south of the river. more

Pushy 3/1/2009

I had a deep pore facial at Halina's RoundRock today. The lady you did my facial began selling Halina's products to me from the time she looked at my face at the beginning of the facial. She must have reiterated the products advantages 8-10 times during the 1 hour facial. During this 1 hour, she left me for 20 mins with the streamer on my face. Once she came back she did extractions and finished my facial with a mask. No massage no pampering ... all I got was a mask with a steaming, extractions and a mask at the end ! When I got to the counter she had already put 2 products with my name to buy with the receptionist. All in all I ended up paying $90 for extractions with a pushy assistent who actually ended up selling a $25 product to me!! The worst facial I have ever gotten with the most pushy person I have ever met ! more
