I spent half a day in her clinic, where I was treated very poorly by the Dr. herself and her administrative staff. The issue was simple, but she refused to resolve it, only wanting to address one part of the question. All in all, it was not the fact that she could not help me, but the way she handled the situation. She and her office was very unprofessional and always on a defensive when I tried to ask a question (very politely, as you may understand I didn't have a choice). This ""doctor"" even had the audacity to stand just few feet away from me and complain to her administrative staff how 'annoying' and insisting I was in asking my questions. Despite the fact that she did not resolve my issue, wasted half of my day, insulted me behind my back (though smiled in my face), her office still charged for the ""consultation.""\r
There are so many other better and real professionals out there who will listen to your situation, read the immigration materials, UNDERSTAND them, and provide constructive feedback in a professional manner.\r
This is NOT the office for such considerate service. USCIS should remove her from the list of the providers.\r
Best of luck to those completing immigration clearances!
Pros: She has practically no patients, so I was able to get the appointment the same day.
Cons: Everything else about this office.
