I have used their services since late 2001 and have been extremely pleased with not only their
operations, but also their ethics, professionalism and customer service.
My flow of tenants has been minimal. I beljeve one of the reasons my tenant turnover has been so low is
that Ms. Gaynor was easily accessible, responsive and professional.
on the few occasions l've needed to call about business, the phones are answered promptty; sirouto i
leave message, my call iS returned in a very timely manner.
Because I live in California now, I.also rely on the neighbors on either side of my property
to communicate with me if they see any issues with regards to the external apprearance of tire prdpei-t7, 6r the tone and
demeanor of my tenants. Fortunately, there have been few issues; however, my neig'hbors feel very
comfortable communicating directly with Ms. Gaynor or one of her representatives. I appreciate how
respectfully Ms. Gaynor treats my neighbors when they've called to let her know the biik yard trees need
trimming or if the yard needs some landscaping attention.
Several years ago, the roof of the property sustained damage duflng a wind and rain storm. lVls. Gaynor
was able to deal dlrectly with my insurance company and the contractors on my behalf. What a relief for
Occasionly, an appliance or two has needed repair and/or replacement. We have agreed to a cap,,
amount, meaning she has my approval to spend up to a certain amount on reparrs a-nd maintenance
without needing my explicit approval; however, if there are any questions, Ms. Gaynor will contact me
right away. I trust her judgement, so there are very few calls of this nature.
Finally, I would say, that Ms. Gaynor has my complete trust in not only the day-to-day management of my
property, but she and her office statf have access to my bank account
