The air conditioning doesn't work. We've complained over and over the past few months. The Fountainview send maintinence staff over to view the problem but nothing ever gets done to fix the problem. The unit is old, very old and it needs to be replaced.
WPM, the company that owns the fountainview and the management have obviously made the desicion that we are not worth the cost of a new AC unit.
Do not move here if you like modern, new, working appliances!
Also, there have been many break-ins of storage closets over the past 6 months.
