This company nearly caused me to miss my flight. I called at 6 PM on the 14th of Sept for a ride to the airport (five minutes away) to be picked up at 6:30 PM. I needed to be at the airport by 7 PM. At 6:50 PM I called again when they didn't show. I was told by a different person they couldn't find my information, so I gave it again and was told they would arrive in ten minutes. At 7:05 I called again, admittedly angry, and got nothing but attitude rather than resolution. I hung up, threw my things in the back of my car and drove to the airport. I left my vehicle in long term parking and managed to catch my flight due to it being delayed. When I returned I called Farwest and asked to speak to a manager. I was put through to his voicemail, where I requested he call me back about a problem I had with his company. Four days later I called again, and again I was put through to his voicemail where I left the same message. Eight days after this I called yet again, and this time got through to the superintendent, "Manny". This man did nothing but continually interrupt me as I tried to explain my situation, and then when I asked him to stop interrupting he called ME rude and hung up. I later looked online for reviews of this company and have yet to find one reflecting in the positive. My own, obviously, will not help them fix that.
